But, due to a bug at the server, if the Reply-To address is wrong, the
message  will  be  unfairly rejected even though the "From" address is
correct.

...because they have chanced upon the public archive and tried to post
to  the  address  they found there? Because they heard it from someone
else?  Because  they  used  the wrong TB account to post? Because they
changed  their  email address and forgot to unsub/resub to TBUDL? Lots
of reasons, when you think about it Tracer ;-).
