I think you've got the winner there. :) The whole beauty of per folder
options is that they are configurable within the folder.  But I agree
that 75% of my per folder options are the same across most of my
folders, so a utility that will let me make the selection in one place
and tell it which folders to apply the change to would be extremely
useful.
