Correct.  Nonetheless it has always meant "header" in FidoNet, and
that's where the TB guys obviously come from (look at their site).

Just an explanation.  I'm not saying they should call headers kludges.

As I'm doing UseNet, eMail *and* FidoNet, I personally don't care how
they call it as long as I understand what they're talking about. :-)
