I am crossposting this to TBUDL, as this may be interesting to other
users as well, not only beta users. Let's continue this thread on
TBUDL instead of TBBETA.

I did not quite get it: you have different email addresses for
business and private right? So you should have seperate accounts, not
only seperate folders. Or am I mistaken?

In each account, you can set up the organization. Furthermore, you can
override this for each folder with the macro %ORGANSATION in the
folder templates.
