Well, what do you know. Just after writing this message, the
same problem recurred and with the %ISSIGNATURE macro not in use! I
clearly formulated the wrong cause and effect and I now see why.
I use both address book and folder templates. If I create a
new message for a folder that uses the quick template signature file
that has cookies from both files included, and the message is to
someone with addressbook specific templates containing a signature
file defining a cookie only from tag.txt, then a cookie will be
defined from the remote file. Upon deleting the templates from the
folder, the new message is generated as it should. The folder
templates are therefore interfering with the addressbook templates
where using remote cookie files are concerned.
When I deleted the %ISSIGNATURE macro, I must have changed to
another folder, who's templates don't use the quick template that
inserts cookies from both cookie files.
