I saw it, if the sender using old version of ELM (IIRC ELM 2.4 PL22).
AFAIK  this  is  because the mailer not explain better about the content
type of message.

Look the header, find this :
Content-Type: text

In normal mailer will look like this :
Content-Type: text/plain; charset=us-ascii
