No, TB! is not PGP/MIME compliant. You can send a message using
PGP/MIME, but that is a function of PGP, and not TB!  I also use Eudora
4.3.1 from time to time, and it is PGP/MIME compliant. I wish I could
tell you how nice it is to use... and easy... but it's hard unless you
are using a Client that can interpret PGP/MIME.

Hopefully it will be available in version 2.0
