visible from inside the bat?
have you tried using explorer to go to that inbox and reading it with
lets say notepad or quickview??
have you tried a reinstall of the bat on top of the one already there.
Before fixing anything or attempting I would first make sure there is
data in that box.
if all of it is text, I can send you a utility which will read the
box and extract by choice just the text.
It may be a big mess but at least you can read it.
other chance is to import that inbox into a different program or even
back into the bat.... if you have enough space for it.
