I'm stumped here. Deactivating MIME forwarding should prevent an
attachment creation upon forwarding .... unless you're forwarding a
message which itself has an attachment, in which case the messages
attachment will be also forwarded as an attachment. If you're forwarding
an HTML message, the html version of the message will also be forwarded as
an attachment.
