I'm pretty certain they are not needed. I had PGP 6.5i running with
OE for a long while before I installed TB! As soon as I installed TB
it automatically started to use PGP. All I had to do was tell it
what version in the Tools menu.
I didn't have to download any extra's other that what was included
in the main PGP installation file.
