Somewhat ugly, but you can copy the message to Outbox, then
double-click on it to edit.

1) If attachments are stored under TB's directory, you won't delete it
inadvertantly.
2) You can Export the message, then the attachements will be in one
(big) .MSG file.
Please clarify what you meant.
