Guess I should have made you guys aware of the fact I know about the
outgoing filters, and also, I often need this feature when I for
instance need to save an outgoing mail to a folder that isn't really
the obvious one. Let's say I send an email, and I have a folder called
"Important for followup" where I want to save outgoing mail that I
need to follow up on at a later stage. A filter won't help here, but
"send and save to a certain folder would".
