There is a possibility that the mailbox contains only deleted
messages. Go to Folder/Purge+Compress and then check the size of the
mailbox. Still 3MB?
Another trick is to open the *.msb file in Notepad and see whether
there are messages in there. However, I think you will also see dleted
messages, that's why I would do the purge+compress first.
