The column can be hidden, yes. And it must be hidden on all new folders
twice. Not fun.
Also, it does bloat it. The code is there, the change in the message base
format was needed. Like it or not, that is bloat. A single grain of rice
doesn't weight that much. Look up the rice export of asia sometime and try to
remember that it is all in single grains.
