As u know, of course, the license number includes in the body of bug
reports message automatically.
And about surprised... Yes, i'm registered user, but i consider some
information in x- as my privacy. It's well known discussion about
'Does RIT break people's privacy by sending some info about
registration in x-header'.

So i think they DO.

MOREVOVER, it doesn't break my license agreement with RIT. I didn't
promise them to send that information in exchange on tech. support.
