Hmm.  This  has  been  happening  at  College  on  the Win95 and WinNT
machines  ever  since  the leap day in February. My home machine Win98
crashes  more and with the ATX motherboard the power switch refuses to
work  during  a  crash.  I haven't tried reformatiing and reinstalling
yet... but who knows it may save time.

Does anyone have anything nice to say about Win2K?
