My sincerest appreciation for finding this Daniel. It worked
perfectly in getting the CSV file copied into the Windows
"CONTACTS" folder (which I didn't even know existed.) The
syncing into the iPad went smoothly also. I just have to do
some tweaking to make sure those TB! address book entries
which have street addresses get transferred over properly.

Thanks to you and those like you, this list has yet to fail
me.
