My sincerest appreciation for finding this Daniel. It worked perfectly in getting the CSV file copied into the Windows "CONTACTS" folder (which I didn't even know existed.) The syncing into the iPad went smoothly also. I just have to do some tweaking to make sure those TB! address book entries which have street addresses get transferred over properly.
