I had no problem accessing that link from my browser. Anyway, TB (the CC) should not be trying to access that link unless you have previously 'Allowed' it in the URL Manager. Any link that has not been allowed (or Blocked) should show in the 'Unresolved' tab of URL Manager, but not trying to access it until the user allows it. So, I would suggest you open URL Manager and see if the site (http://www.nortonrose.com) appears in the Allowed tab and remove it. I have not used any of the v5.0.x beta series but about two weeks ago I upgraded from v4.2.44.2 to v5.1 (now 5.1.2 as you can see in my signature) and I have not seen any sign of instability at all.
