I just had an interesting experience. I was just trying the
popular PC firewall software called ZoneAlarm and when I enable it, I
have the problem that you describe here.
I've been using Atguard however with no problems. With no
firewall, still no problems and I use no peculiar settings. I simply
installed Win2k and TB! and went ahead.
