Greetings and salutations,

Whenever I click on the "CREATE A NEW MESSAGE" down arrow (next to the blank
page icon w/quill on it) for a specific person, and only this person, a new
message window opens up which contains text defined by a template somewhere as
it always has. Lately I see that the first line of the text, "Hi" is indented a
few spaces. It seems that the (partially) defining template is the one in the
ADB as I can change what the template says, e.g. "Hi" to "Hello" but I can't
change the font or character size from this ADB template. Where would font and
font size be defined for a specific person's new message?
