        You can use a replied filter for that. Set the source and move
to folder as the same and go to the actions tab and select 'mark as
read'. If you'd like it to work on /any/ message that you reply to, set
the string to 'e'.

        Because of TB! limitations, if you wish this sort of behaviour
to work in multiple folders, you have to create the same filter rule for
/each/ folder, setting the source and the 'move messages to' folder as
the same. This makes makes the message be marked as read when you reply
to it and yet doesn't move the message to another folder.
