In Reference to "Printing selection" From Maria Cristina Ramos:

MCR> Is there a way to print selected text?
MCR> After selecting text, I choose Print but the Selection option is
MCR> always grayed. I couldn't find any help on Printing either.

While there's not a true print selected text option (at least that
I'm aware of) there is a not to cumbersome workaround. What I did was
set up a print template using %clipboard as the body and just
highlight the text I want printed, do a quick CNTL-C, then whap the
print option.

 Works like a charm.
