It sounds like you didn't back up the registry keys for TB!.
You'll have to reregister it. Make sure that if you're not using the
default directory path to your account/s that you make the change in the
account config and then use that key combo SHIFT+CTRL+ALT+L to recreate
the directory structure of your account/s.
You'll have to do the other user specific configuring again
since all of this is stored in the registry and was lost when you
reformatted and installed Win98.
