I don't understand, so at first you uninstalled TB from your system,
then your Registry-stored settings are gone - it doesn't matter if you
then installed TB again!

That arrow doesn't mean "Favourites", it means "History". Your history
disappeared, because it is stored in Registry, under
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\RIT\The Bat!\History strings\TO HISTORY

Try to right-click on the TO field isntead, your favourites will
appear.
