Just a remark: This happens to me often. Not only when I use a new
device but also when I log in from another country, and I travel a
lot.

You don't need to change your password. Just confirm "It was me." Then
all is fine.

You are publishing your email address. I hope you have a good spam
filter.

Instead of using that function, go to Account / Properties / Transport
and change the password there. Let us know whether it solves the
problem.

I would like to see the full error log. Can you maximise that window?
