I've reproduced it with The Bat! 1.45 beta1. However, it seems
to happen ONLY in the trash folder. In all other folders I
tried, as soon as I deleted a "still unread" message, TB
updated the counter immediately. In the trash folder, however,
you have to leave the folder and come back in for TB to update
it.
