I agree with you here. In fact the only reason I even looked at TB
in the beginning was because I was trying to use Eudora but was
having a heck of a time getting the multi account functionality to
work. But with TB, it took me about 20 minutes to have a fully
functional setup. Everything I discovered after those first 20
minutes was bonus over my old mail client (Netscape Messenger).

I think that's true for a great many of us, even those who have been
around for a little while.
