no, it isnt, its a cd with all the spell checking / fonts and in the
case of japanese and chinese the input systems...
I have no office installed so as it doesnt want to install without
that I havent used it. but while the languages and the way the fonts
are build in in part office and windows 2000, the fonts and spell
checkers arent...

Well, when opening a certain file my wordpad tells me 'Document in
Miocrosoft Internet Explorer.doc-wordpad' Its in Thai but as its
personal mail from a customer whose hard disk I receovered I cannot
post it... Only reason I kept the file was to see what it was as I
hadnt seen it before either. Its a beta of windows ME as my office in
the USA is on the beta lists...

I donot argue with that but as said you could attach docs as thats
what they did...
