Nope... there is a difference. If you send an HTML message, TB will *not*
show the little attachment icon in the message list pane. However, if you
*attach* the HTML file, then TB *will* show the attachment icon. However,
if you're only looking at the opened message, you may not notice the
difference.
You can try this simple test at home. Create two new messages to yourself.
In one of them, delete everything from the body and attach your HTML file.
In the other, type some message in the body and attach your HTML file.
Send both, and see the difference when you get them back.
