I believe I'm already doing something like that. If anyone sends me
a PGP key request it's moved into a folder called "PGP requests" so
that I can keep track of who requests my keys. At the same time a
reply is auto generated from a predefined template containing a text
file and my PGP key and it's put in the outbox.
I don't have anything to do with it other than to read the messages
that are put in the PGP request folder.
If you use the "Send auto reply" under the Actions tab you can define
a template according to your needs.
