The S/MIME function has not yet been tested thoroughly enough for
RIT to include it in the official release. If you do want it, you
may d/l the 1.45 with S/MIME BETA executable here:

http://www.ritlabs.com/the_bat/beta.html

It's just a zip file with the main exe. Unpack it and overwrite the
thebat.exe in your main program folder with it.

Please note the page specifically says it's "BETA Testers Only
Area", so use it at your own risk.
