Well, IMO, bugs either result because of error in code or
oversights in how the code does it's thing. There's a loophole in the
logic and therefore I consider it a bug.

Aha. I've noticed it as well and now that you mention it, this
is the most likely reason why I tend to hit reply and more than one
messages are replied to at the same time. I've been agonizing over why
this has been happening.
