 Just put somewhere in the folder template your macro in the form

  %to="[EMAIL PROTECTED]"

 This will add the specified address to the recipients list. If you
 want an exclusive recipient, then put

  %to=""
  %to="[EMAIL PROTECTED]"

 or in one line

  %to=""%to="[EMAIL PROTECTED]"
