i> question.1

i> how do i remove the
p>>
p>>>
GN>>>
i> or whatevet irritating prefixes in quoted txt?

:-). Whose? Yours or those incoming? Well, the incoming ones are the
original message text. You can use column mark and delete to remove
the offending prefaces as required (although I wouldn't since I would
want to quote verbatim - that's what quoting is IMHO).

i> in eudora you goto eudora.ini and edit the txt file to remove the
i> line but i cant find any thebat.ini or whatever how do i set to
i> remove the thing?

The prefaces that you generate from TB are governed by Account --
Properties -- Templates -- Reply ... and you will see that there is a
radio button set that governs this behaviour. There is also a macro
which can be incorporated into templates to generate the appropriate
prefix on demand.

i> question 2.

i> i import eudora 3.05 , say in.mbx into thebat! and did the wonderful delete
i> duplicate and the eduora in.mx in the bat directory becomes
i> 00000000000..msg
i> 00000000001.msg
i> etc
i> how do i convert all these msg into one in.mbx again before returning it to
i> eudora ?

Pass. Eudora is the *last* place on earth I would want to be ;-).
Anyone else?
