Instead of "moving" mail to the main account's Inbox, set your
filters for other accounts to "redirect" mail to the main account.
Then enable the "Allow local delivery" option in [Options | Network
& Administration]. This way, TB would "redirect" incoming messages
by simply moving them to the appropriate account, without sending
them out (to the Internet) again. Since it's redirected, those
messages would be treated as new incoming messages in the main
account, and filtered accordingly.
