Hmmm. IMHO, that really shouldn't be. If I am filtering incoming
messages to go straight to another accounts folder (not passing 'Go' and
not collecting $200) then I'd expect any attachments would go and settle
in the destination accounts attachments folder.
This is different from moving messages already in one account to another
account. Messages in this circumstance would have had the attachments
unbound, if so configured, and placed in the accounts attachment folder.

What you're saying makes sense to me, if you're referring to a *direct*
incoming filter action to move the message to another accounts folder.
