It should work, with an exception explained below. You may want to
post more details about how your filter is set up. I guess there's
either something wrong in your setting, or it's preempted by other
filters higher than it. Try moving it to the top of your incoming
mail filter and see if it works there.
I personally use "sender" test instead of "recipient" test, because
in some rare cases, the sender put TBUDL in the BCC list which won't
shown in the headers. Out of the 1440 messages in my current
TBUDL/TBBETA folder (about 10 days' volume), there's only one such
case.
