No wonder, two filter strings in one set means the messages has to
satisfy both conditions to be considered a match. Next time you have
questions about filters, you better post exactly (in detail) how you
set it up, so other people could understand you better. Simply
stating that you have a rule that doesn't work isn't very
informative.
