I  think  you'll  find  that is only for IE users, among whom IIRC the
illustrious  Mr.  Lamb does not number himself. Isn't the default mail
program  about  the registration of the 'mailto:' protocol and how the
default browser deals with 'mailto' links? Beyond that, we're into the
MAPI domain, which sadly does not yet apply to TB.
