It's not only for IE-users, but for everyone who uses windows 98/98se
or windows 95 with IE 4+...
Only the people who have completely removed IE from their systems
can't use this...
for manually re-registring the 'mailto:'-protocol, use this:
windows explorer - view - folder options - file types - URL:MailTo Protocol
'actions' - 'open' - edit - application=path_to_tb!_executable
