I think you misunderstood what's said in the help file. Apostrophes
(or single quotes as used in the help) are used when you want TB to
treat those special characters *literally*. In your example, TB
would try to search for [X-SBClass: Bulk] or [X-SBClass: Block],
INCLUDING the square brackets, which is not what you want judging
from the example you gave in your earlier post.
