Yes, otherwise there's no way to search for a string with quotation
marks or square brackets, isn't it?

Agreed. I've been learning a lot from this list, and it's nice to be
able to help others. The Russian version of TB help does get updated
more often, but we'll have to be more patient with English
translation.
