As it turns out, this was all I needed as in testing it, I found it
works perfectly. I have only two accounts anyway, only one of which
might be used for outgoing mail by clicking on a mailto. The other
account, if it was ever used for outgoing mail, would almost *never*
be from clicking on a mailto.
