Absolutely.

That's  because  you're  looking at the work of two different engines.
The  footer  is  added  by  the list server engine to the original raw
message  as  it  is being constructed. The "You are subscribed" bit is
added  by  a  filter in the server to each individual message as it is
being sent out.
