Those are probably good precautions to use regardless of the program
you're using.

I was surprised to find the instructions were not in the FAQ.
Especially since there are instructions for a couple of other
programs. Oh well, what can you do?
But back to OE: If I remember correctly, you have to export your OE
messages into some neutral format (Unix mailbox or something) and then
import this into TB.
How did you try importing?
