I haven't actually done this before. Nobody I exchange emails with
(except on tbbeta/udl) use PGP. Sad but true.
Well, this is the general process I would use, anyway:
1. Open the PGP Key Manager, and export the _public_ (not private) key
to a file, probably in The Bat! folder.
2. In Bat!'s filtering options, create a new Incoming Mail filter with
the following options:
- Move messages to: Trash
- Filtering string: "SendPGPKey" (no quotes), location subject,
presense Yes
- Action: Send Auto-reply....In template, write something like:

Here is my PGP public key you have requested.
%attachfile="(filename)"
------------
...where (filename) gets replaced to the full path and file name of
the PGP public key, such as "C:\Progra~1\TheBat~1\PGPKey.asc"
Options: Send generated messages: Immediately
Now, when you get a message with the subject "SendPGPKey", Bat! will
generate a message with your PGP key attached and send it right away.
The request message will be placed automatically in Trash, for it is
unlikely you'll need to see it. (but that's up to you)
In your new message template, you'll want to put a line in your
signature like:

PGP key available: mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]?subject=SendPGPKey
