IIRC if the sender using JAVT/CEST etc, it will use JAVT/CEST plus
correct GMT Time Zone (I don't know why and how <G>).
The only problem if and only if the sender use Webmail, for instanse
someone from my country use Yahoo.com account, the date: header will
reflect date of yahoo's server date instead of their local time, not big
deal.

Yes, I live in equator country , 5 degree South Latitude, so no daylight
saving here :-)
