You can use the system scheduler to send a message using the TB
command line facilities. Set up a monthly repeating scheduled task
with a command something like this:
c:\progra~1\thebat~1\thebat.exe "/mailu=Marck;to=Mail List Recipients
<[EMAIL PROTECTED]>;C=c:\My Documents\howto.txt;S=Monthly Reminder"
