Nope, you're right. net5zero was very specific that the settings were
correct. With Presence = Yes, there is no difference between the two
OR methods. With Presence = No, there is a difference. So assuming
net5zero has the OR and AND conditions figured out, the only problem I
could think of is with the boolean algebra itself.
