Hello Olga,

On Sunday, October 08, 2000 at 18:45:14 GMT -0500 (which was 4:45 PM
where I live) witnesses say Olga Johnson typed:

> She went to Options > Network & Administration, and then I'm guessing
> she went to privileges and switched that from Administrator to User.

Does she have multiple accounts set up? At least one of them must
have Administrator status. TB won't allow you to change them all to
User. If this is correct, she should get a login box when she tries
to start TB. Here she just needs to type in the Account name for
the administrator account. She probably does not have a password set
up, so that field should be left blank. When she gets into her
administrator account, she can change all of her accounts back to
administrator privileges.

Does this help any?
